Job summary

Everpure is seeking an Escalation Engineer within the Technical Services team to bridge front-line support and core engineering. You will diagnose root causes of critical container storage issues, collaborate with Product Development, and deliver high-impact resolutions across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.

The role emphasizes ownership of high-severity escalations, mentoring peers, and driving systemic product stability through telemetry analysis and proactive feedback.

Qualifications

• 8 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Deep mastery in Kubernetes/Docker/Tanzu across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed storage.
• Proficient in GoLang with code-analysis skills and DevOps automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Strong incident leadership and customer-facing communication in high-stakes situations.

Responsibilities

• Own high-severity technical escalations and perform deep troubleshooting with code reviews in GoLang.
• Bridge Technical Services and Engineering to drive permanent product resolutions and reduce repeat escalations.
• Mentor Technical Services Engineers, publish high-value KBs and FAQs to shorten MTTR.
• Analyze telemetry and field trends to feed actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.
