Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Portworx Escalation Engineer to join the Technical Services team. You will serve as the primary technical authority bridging front-line support and core engineering to solve enterprise container storage challenges, collaborating with global customers and Product Development.

You will tackle complex edge cases across Kubernetes and multi-cloud, safeguard production uptime, and contribute to product reliability. The role offers on-call rotation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Deep technical mastery in supporting Kubernetes / Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu).
• CKA-level expertise across AWS, GCP, Azure and distributed storage architectures.
• GoLang code-analysis and debugging, with DevOps automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Strong incident leadership and crisis communication in high-stakes environments.
• Resourcefulness in multi-priority investigations and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Own High-Severity Technical Escalations: final escalation tier, deep troubleshooting and initial code reviews in GoLang to resolve container storage incidents and maximize uptime.
• Bridge Technical Services & Engineering: work with Product Development to identify root causes, submit bug fixes, and ensure permanent resolutions across Everpure Platform.
• Elevate Support Capabilities: mentor engineers, publish high-value KB articles and FAQs to reduce MTTR.
• Drive Systemic Product Stability: analyze telemetry and field trends to give actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.
