Job summary

Everpure is seeking an Escalation Engineer in our Technical Services team to resolve enterprise container storage incidents and safeguard production uptime. You will work with global customers, engineers, and product teams to diagnose root causes and deliver high-impact resolutions.

Requirements include 8 years in customer-facing tech support, Kubernetes/Docker mastery, GoLang troubleshooting, and experience with Terraform/Ansible/Chef/Puppet. On-call rotation and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 8 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Deep mastery of Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu across cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed storage.
• Able to troubleshoot at code level in GoLang and use DevOps tooling for automation (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Strong incident leadership and crisis management skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own high-severity technical escalations and conduct deep troubleshooting, including initial GoLang code reviews.
• Bridge Technical Services and Engineering by identifying root causes and submitting permanent fixes to reduce repeat issues.
• Coach Technical Services Engineers, publish high-value knowledge articles to reduce MTTR.
• Analyze telemetry and field trends to drive product and systems improvements.
