Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced Portworx Escalation Engineer to join our Technical Services team. You will serve as the primary technical authority bridging front-line support and core engineering to diagnose and resolve enterprise container storage incidents, with GoLang code analysis and automation focus.

Qualifications

• 8 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Deep Kubernetes/container ecosystem knowledge and practical problem solving.
• Proficiency in GoLang for code analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own High-Severity Technical Escalations and perform deep troubleshooting.
• Bridge Technical Services with Engineering to root-cause issues and publish fixes.
• Mentor engineers with paired troubleshooting and publish KBs.
• Analyze telemetry and field data to drive product stability.
