Job summary

Everpure is seeking an Escalation Engineer to join our Technical Services team and act as the technical authority bridging front-line support and core engineering. You will diagnose root causes of enterprise container storage issues and deliver high-impact resolutions to safeguard uptime.

You will collaborate with global customers, Product Development, and engineering to drive permanent fixes, mentor teammates, and contribute to product reliability and prevent future escalations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Deep Kubernetes/Docker/Tanzu expertise across AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Strong GoLang code-level troubleshooting and DevOps automation tooling (Terraform/Ansible/Chef/Puppet).
• Exceptional crisis-management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority investigations and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Own high-severity escalations; perform deep troubleshooting and initial code reviews in Go.
• Bridge Technical Services & Engineering to identify root causes and deliver permanent fixes.
• Mentor Technical Services Engineers; publish KBs and FAQs to reduce MTTR.
• Analyze telemetry and field trends to drive systemic product stability.
