Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned ES&H Specialist to support process improvement, learning from incidents, data capture and reportability, and Six Sigma initiatives.

The role focuses on incident investigation, corrective action planning, and trend analysis across project activities. The candidate will work with engineering, construction, procurement, and other project controls to ensure ES&H requirements are met, while developing and delivering training on incident

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in a related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years in lieu.
• Experience and knowledge of safety and environmental construction standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards for ES&H incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Experience as an instructor and trainer in incident investigation is preferred.
• Ability to write executive reports and develop presentations on safety topics.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ES&H disciplines to implement the ES&H program and management system.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis programs.
• Develop and maintain safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain ES&H databases including incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
• Perform statistical analysis of ES&H data to identify trends and improvements.
