Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC is seeking a HSE-CIPS Specialist to drive continuous improvement and safety across our sites. You will engage with site leaders and employees to deliver excellence in safety, 6S, and process improvements while handling day-to-day operations.

The role requires collaborating with HSE, quality, and operations managers, updating dashboards, and producing reports. A Bachelor’s in Business with 5+ years in HSE/CI is preferred, with strong MS Office skills and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of HSE experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety and continuous improvement across the site.
• Maintain and update HSE/CIPS procedures and dashboards.
• Perform 6S and process improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with managers and accounting for analyses and reports.
• Report to Area General Manager and support day-to-day operations.
• Publish metrics and provide admin support as needed.
