Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking an ES&H professional to provide technical oversight of project safety and environmental compliance.

You will inspect field execution activities, assist management with ES&H implementation, and help address ES&H issues as they arise during project execution. This role requires collaboration with engineering, construction, procurement, and other functions to ensure ES&H standards are met.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master's degree in environmental, safety, health or science-related field with 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with OSHA 1926/1910 compliance and ES&H standards.
• Ability to perform incident investigations and root cause analysis, and lead ESH audits.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight of ES&H compliance through inspection of field execution activities.
• Assists project management in implementing ES&H requirements and addressing ES&H issues.
• Maintains ES&H databases including incident events and corrective actions.
• Performs statistical analysis of ES&H data to identify trends and improvements.
• Leads risk assessments, studies, and mitigation planning for ES&H issues.
• Prepares reports and documentation for program execution and records retention.
• Assists with incident notifications and prepares investigation reports.
• Trains personnel on ES&H processes and participates in emergency preparedness.
