Job summary

Longenecker & Associates (L&A), a Geosyntec Company, seeks a Business Systems Communications Lead to guide a national security lab through a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will oversee strategic communications, coordinate with leadership and partners, and manage multi-channel campaigns across internal audiences at Los Alamos and Santa Fe.

The role requires a 12+ year track record in communications, a bachelor’s degree in English/related field, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in editing and writing; strong grammar and punctuation.
• Experience with large, enterprise-wide communications initiatives and executive-level engagement.
• Ability to craft executive voice and multi-channel campaigns; integrate multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage communications guiding a national security lab through a major ERP transformation.
• Lead communications planning across multiple workstreams and deploy implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Program Change Manager, system integrator partners, and engagement teams.
• Coordinate content across internal audiences and maintain program communication protocols.
• Ensure messaging consistency and timely information about changes and staff support.
