Job summary

COMPA Industries in New Mexico is seeking a Business Systems Communications Lead who will own strategic and tactical communications for the ERP transformation at LANL, guiding organizational change management and employee readiness across multiple sites.

As part of the Communications team, you will partner with leadership, engage Lab staff, coordinate multimedia content, and ensure consistent messaging through various channels while maintaining compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of English grammar and punctuation; extensive editing/writing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Basic understanding of generative AI tools and responsible use within policy.
• Experience managing large, enterprise-wide initiatives with leadership collaboration.
• Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable goals.
• Experience communicating with executive-level leaders and capturing their voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications planning across multiple workstreams and execute strategies.
• Advise leadership and partners on communications for ERP transition.
• Engage Lab employees across the organization to inform on changes and support adoption.
• Coordinate Lab multimedia staff and contribute content for internal audiences.
• Maintain messaging consistency and manage key communications channels.
• Establish and maintain communication protocols across the program.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders throughout implementation.
