Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, data mappings, and guide data migration and validation activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills
• Techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ERP transformation projects (PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud ERP).
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP migration programs.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures and business processes to identify data gaps, transformation rules, conversion risks, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful ERP modernization and data governance outcomes.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation activities.
