Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud-based platforms.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements, map data, define future-state processes, and produce functional specs and documentation. Remote EST work is supported, with strong emphasis on data governance and program success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ERP transformation initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation that align business needs with technology solutions.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP migration programs.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures and business processes to identify data gaps, transformation rules, conversion risks, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful ERP modernization and data governance outcomes.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation activities.
