Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation initiatives, including migration from PeopleSoft to Workday and other cloud platforms. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, map data, and define future-state processes.

Strong SQL and data governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ERP transformation initiatives, including migration from PeopleSoft to cloud ERP platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define future-state business processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation that align business needs with technology solutions.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP migration programs.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures and business processes to identify data gaps, transformation rules, conversion risks, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful ERP modernization and data governance outcomes.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation activities.
