Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, and SAP. This role focuses on delivering scalable, data-driven solutions for enterprise systems.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to capture requirements, map data, and define future-state processes. Strong SQL, data analysis, and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation aligning business needs with technology.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality across ERP migration programs.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures to identify data gaps, transformation rules, risks, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure ERP modernization and data governance.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation.
