You will work with ERP systems, develop technical solutions, and train users while guiding junior analysts in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of ERP experience, with emphasis on Infor XA/Mapics on IBM i AS/400.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3 years of experience in Manufacturing and ERP System.
Experience with Infor XA/Mapics on IBM i (AS/400).
Experience in SQL data analysis and reporting.
Experience in BPMN process modeling (Visio/Miro/Lucidchart).
Experience in hybrid on-prem and Cloud environments.
Experience in Agile project execution (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to plan initiatives aligning with strategic goals.
Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis.
Analyze data from multiple sources to guide business decisions.
Define technical solutions with developers and SMEs balancing usability and performance.
Perform system setup, configuration, and testing for implementations.
Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions.
