Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a seasoned IT Support Specialist to independently manage and troubleshoot systems across Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, and Back Office. You will mentor junior team members while resolving complex hardware, software, and networking issues.

The role covers Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/Android devices, printers, scanners, and network equipment in a fast-paced environment, with travel to various Ashley locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IT support, desktop support, or troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments preferred.
• Mentoring or training junior technical staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations.
• Support iOS and Android devices, barcode scanners, and printers.
• Manage and image devices; assist with network and data center issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams; mentor junior staff.
