Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Rigby, Idaho. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to support and enhance NetSuite and warehouse management systems.

You will own day-to-day administration, support, and improvement of ERP platforms while driving operational efficiency across the business. Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or administering NetSuite ERP.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Experience supporting ERP systems across multiple functional areas.
• Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, or finance processes.
• Experience conducting functional, regression, UAT testing, and release validation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional owner for ERP and supply chain platforms, managing backlogs, support, enhancements, and priorities.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into system solutions.
• Coordinate full project lifecycle with milestones and IT standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for support, enhancements, and roadmap alignment.
• Support Tier 2 ERP and WMS issues across teams.
• Facilitate UAT, functional, and regression testing for deployments.
• Coordinate system enhancements, releases, and change activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain business documentation, workflows, and release notes.
• Collaborate to optimize end-to-end order management, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions to meet timelines.
