Job summary

Eide Bailly LLP in Las Vegas is seeking an ERP Program Advisor to lead client-side ERP execution and technology advisory engagements for public sector, healthcare, and other industries. The role emphasizes independent, executive-level guidance, governance, and readiness assessments across the ERP lifecycle.

You will work in a hybrid model with some travel, engaging with school districts and government clients, driving change management, process improvements, and technology strategy to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and multiple years of ERP implementation/advisory experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP platforms or major enterprise implementations (Oracle, SAP, Workday or comparable).
• Ability to communicate risk and recommendations to senior client leaders.
• Hands-on ERP experience helps evaluate delivery quality and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side ERP implementation advice across the project lifecycle.
• Advise executives and boards on status, risks, decisions, and governance.
• Evaluate partner plans, timelines, status reports, data conversion, integrations, and go-live readiness.
• Prepare executive updates, risk summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Facilitate conversations among clients, vendors, and partners to align on decisions.
