Job summary

Partner company is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to join a remote US-based team. You will design, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, working with stakeholders and IT peers.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business needs into tech solutions, document requirements, test solutions, and support deployments while mentoring junior analysts and strengthening ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
At least 5 years of ERP or related application experience.
Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise in design, configuration, testing and support.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud apps.
Advise partners on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
Collaborate with departments and IT teams to align ERP with objectives and requirements.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
Gather information through stakeholder interviews and data analysis to understand needs.
Oversee implementation activities, testing, troubleshooting, and change management.
