Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a US-based organization to hire an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, providing senior technical and functional expertise and leading cross-functional ERP initiatives.

You will translate business needs into technology solutions, guide implementation and testing, mentor junior analysts, and help strengthen ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ERP or related business applications experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise: design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Functional knowledge: SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to analyze requirements, document design decisions, and support enhancements.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable releases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project and change management experience within ERP implementations.
• Hospital/health system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise partners and ERP team on configuration, reporting, integrations, and administration.
• Collaborate with departments and IT to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews and data analysis; document design decisions.
• Support system planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage project execution and communicate progress, risks, and issues to the application manager.
• Investigate problems and coordinate cross-team efforts for change management and reliability.
• Provide guidance and training to junior ERP analysts; build team knowledge.
• Maintain proficiency across assigned apps and related tech areas.
