Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP based in the United States. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, leading ERP initiatives and aligning solutions with business needs.

You will mentor ERP analysts, coordinate with stakeholders and IT teams, oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment, and ensure reliable performance. Remote, full-time with a daytime schedule; 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field is required/preferred.
• 5+ years of ERP or functional business applications experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP application initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise partners and ERP team on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Collaborate with departments and IT to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis to inform design and improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior ERP analysts and sustain proficiency across applications.
