Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple ERP implementation projects for a growing organization. This client-side role involves coordinating with an external ERP partner to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

You will manage scope, risks, and milestones across ERP workstreams such as financial setup, data migration, integrations, and UAT, while supporting change management and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-side ERP implementation experience with a third-party partner.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing implementation partners, SOW/scope management and change orders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP workstreams.
• NetSuite experience preferred; Dynamics or Sage Intacct also considered.
• Experience in a private-equity-owned or highly cost/timeline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects and workstreams.
• Manage the external implementation partner, including SOWs, scope, change orders, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and project decisions.
• Oversee ERP workstreams including financial setup, data migration, integrations, UAT, and cutover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption.
