Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead ERP implementation efforts on the client side, working with an external ERP partner. The role focuses on scope, timelines, deliverables, and program governance across multiple workstreams in a private-equity-backed environment.

The candidate will partner with CIO/CFO and executives, manage SOWs and change orders, coordinate data migration, and oversee UAT and cutover activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-side ERP implementation with a third-party partner.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing implementation partners, including SOW/scope management and change order negotiation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP workstreams.
• Experience in a private-equity-owned or cost/timeline-driven environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple ERP implementation projects for a growing organization. This is a client-side role, working directly with an external ERP implementation partner to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects and workstreams.
• Manage the external implementation partner, including SOWs, scope, change orders, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and project decisions.

Requirements
