Job summary
VitalEdge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP, BI, data analytics, AI, and systems integration. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including at least four years leading ERP or enterprise software implementations.
- Experience managing technical projects involving BI, data analytics, enterprise integrations, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects while partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, and executive stakeholders.
- PMP is a plus
- Experience leading AI, machine learning, BI, or enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Experienced delivering enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware, ETL, or integration platforms.
- Experience with MS Project and collaboration tools such as OpenAir, SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enterprise technology projects.
- Manage BI, data analytics, AI, and system integration initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and scope changes.
- Lead projects involving enterprise integrations, APIs, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Provide regular project updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive process improvements that enhanced delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
