Job summary

Columbus Global is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager with expertise in Infor M3 implementations. You will lead end-to-end ERP projects, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with Columbus Global's strategic objectives.

The role requires senior leadership in a consulting environment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to balance client interests with company goals. Remote work from anywhere in the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT
• PMP certification preferred
• Senior leadership experience in consulting with ERP implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Infor M3 ERP implementations within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones, resources and risks.
• Monitor progress and maintain effective communication among cross-functional teams and clients.
• Manage enterprise budgets, track budget-to-actuals, and report financials.
• Communicate project status to the team and C-suite to ensure client satisfaction.
• Draft accurate SOWs with sales/pre-sales and estimate budgets/timelines.
• Forecast and allocate project resources to optimize utilization.
• Provide mentorship to the project team and ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Columbus Methodology and project plans.
• Review contracts and scope to maintain alignment with budgets.
• Record time and expenses and perform reviews as needed.
