The role requires 7+ years of ERP project management and consulting experience, with a commercial focus and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years ERP project management experience required.
• Infor M3 implementation experience strongly preferred.
• 7+ years consulting experience with leadership is a plus.
• Strong budget, contracts, and profitability management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and client escalation handling abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Infor M3 ERP implementations and other projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones and resource schedules.
• Monitor progress and ensure clear communication among teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and reporting; manage scope, risks, and issues.
• Draft detailed SOWs with sales to align budgets and timelines for profitable outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and ensure adherence to Columbus Methodology and standards.
