Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact process improvement initiatives across functions.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop scalable process designs and standard tools for execution.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align improvements with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and KPI-tracking tools.
• Support ERP enhancements and cross-functional technology implementations.
• Promote Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and lead training sessions.
