Role Description

The Business Systems / ERP / Process Improvement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing business systems, with a focus on ERP configuration, integration, and performance. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into system enhancements. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, manage system upgrades, coordinate user training, and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. This position also monitors key performance indicators, addresses system-related issues, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and support company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and support data-driven decisions.
• Systems Analysis experience to evaluate, design, and optimize ERP and related business systems.
• Business Process knowledge to document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes for efficiency.
• Business Analysis capabilities to gather, clarify, and prioritize stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Ability to define and manage Business Requirements, including creating specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
• Experience with ERP platforms (such as Infor, Epicor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and familiarity with high mix custom manufacturing or production environments.
• Knowledge of routings, bills of material, scheduling, quality systems, and shop-floor operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with operations, finance, IT, and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Wichita, KS, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business priorities.
