Job summary

Evertec Group, LLC is seeking a Senior ERP Platforms Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end ERP solutions across the technology stack in a dynamic environment. You'll analyze requirements, design, develop, test, and document software, and integrate ERP with other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Software Development or Systems Engineering.
• Experience developing and supporting ERP platforms.
• Experience with full-stack technologies and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to create or modify ERP solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and document full-stack applications.
• Participate in front-end, back-end, database and integration work.
• Convert designs into scalable software solutions.
• Create test scenarios to validate functionality and performance.
• Lead small development workgroups and review deliverables.
• Provide technical support and ensure SOX controls compliance.

Your responsibilities as a Senior ERP Platforms Full Stack Developer will be:

• Analyze system requirements and business processes to determine the creation of new programs or modifications to existing solutions
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software applications across the full technology stack
• Participate in all phases of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integration, user interface design, user experience, and server-side administration
• Convert technical designs and specifications into scalable and efficient software solutions
• Create and execute test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance
• Analyze code to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
• Design and code user interfaces, reports, and integrations with other enterprise systems
• Support ERP platform enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead small development workgroups and provide guidance to team members
• Review software deliverables, technical documentation, and user documentation to ensure quality and compliance with requirements
• Provide technical support by responding to inquiries, incidents, and application-related issues
• Ensure compliance with established internal controls, including SOX-related controls and company procedures

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or related areas
• Experience developing and supporting ERP Platforms is required
• Experience working with full stack technologies including front-end, back-end, databases, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, coding standards, testing, and debugging practices
• Experience analyzing functional requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and code analysis skills
• Experience mentoring junior developers and reviewing technical deliverables
• Knowledge of system performance optimization and continuous improvement practices

Work hours

Standard business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Available to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required to support projects in the region.
