Everforth Apex in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join a dedicated financial industry team. The role emphasizes advanced problem-solving, collaboration with business and tech partners, and the ability to research and resolve issues independently.

Hybrid work is required with three onsite days weekly. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of Java/J2EE experience, strong Spring and ORM skills, and familiarity with microservices, REST/SOAP, and CI/CD practices.

Qualificações

• Familiar with REST/SOAP, microservices, JSON/XML, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with source control and IDEs; solid SQL and RDBMS knowledge.

Java Developer

Location: Newark, Delaware (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a role within the financial industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology partners to deliver solutions. This position requires advanced problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively. The role involves working in a supportive team environment while also having the ability to research and resolve issues independently.

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Java/J2EE and Object-Oriented design and programming.
• Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, or Spring Integration.
• Experience with at least one ORM/Persistence Framework such as iBatis/MyBatis, Hibernate, Kafka, or JPA.
• SOA, REST/SOAP Web Services, Micro Services (CXF, JAXWS/JAXRS), JSON, and XML.
• Proficiency with source control tools like Bit Bucket, Subversion (SVN), or Perforce.
• Experience with Maven, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), JUnit, and Mockito.
• Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse or RAD.
• Knowledge of at least one RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server).
• Experience with RedHat OpenShift.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or MQ.
• Experience with Agile/Iterative development and the full SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cassandra.
• Experience with Hadoop.

Work Environment

This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite from the first day.
