Job summary

Evertec is seeking an Identity & Access Manager to lead IAM and PAM across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will mentor analysts, develop policies, and drive automation of identity lifecycles. You will implement least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and access reviews while managing MFA, passwordless and SSO.

Frontline app onboarding includes Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, Ping and more. The role requires 7–10+ years of IAM/PAM experience, strong protocol knowledge, and collaboration with SOC

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years hands-on IAM/PAM experience.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Entra ID, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Okta, SailPoint or similar.
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Experience leading technical teams or complex IAM initiatives.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX and Zero Trust security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational IAM and PAM across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Mentor IAM analysts and engineers, overseeing workload management and escalations.
• Develop and maintain IAM and PAM policies, standards, procedures, KPIs, dashboards, and roadmaps.
• Drive automation of end-to-end identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
• Implement and enforce least privilege controls, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and periodic access reviews.
• Manage enterprise authentication methods including MFA, passwordless, conditional access, and SSO.
• Lead application onboarding to identity platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, Okta, SailPoint, Ping.
• Oversee privileged access platforms with secure vaulting and session monitoring.
• Collaborate with SOC/Incident Response and Security Architecture to strengthen identity threat detection.

Your responsibilities as an Identity & Access Manager will be:

• Lead the operational execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) functions across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Report to and work closely with the Senior Information Security Manager to align IAM initiatives with the overall cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead and mentor IAM analysts and engineers, overseeing workload management, escalations, and technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain IAM and PAM policies, standards, procedures, KPIs, dashboards, and maturity roadmaps.
• Drive automation of end-to-end identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
• Implement and enforce least privilege controls, RBAC/ABAC models, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and periodic access reviews.
• Manage enterprise authentication methods including MFA, passwordless authentication, conditional access, and SSO.
• Lead application onboarding to identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, Okta, SailPoint, Ping, or similar.
• Oversee privileged access platforms, ensuring secure vaulting, rotation, session monitoring, and administrator access controls.
• Act as IAM Subject Matter Expert during incidents involving compromised credentials, unauthorized access, or identity-related threats.
• Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, and Security Architecture teams to strengthen identity threat detection and response.
• Support cloud identity and access governance across Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments while promoting Zero Trust principles.

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in IAM and/or PAM.
• Proven experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Entra ID, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Okta, SailPoint, Ping, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Experience leading technical teams or complex IAM initiatives.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, and Zero Trust security frameworks.

Work hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Available to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required to support projects in the region.
