Job summary

Evertec is seeking an Implementation Sr. Specialist to design, manage, and execute complex technology implementations with multiple integrations and dependencies.

You will lead validation, testing, and knowledge transfer, mentoring analysts and coordinating across teams while upholding standards and best practices.

If you have 5–7 years in technology solution implementation and relevant certifications, consider joining our technology-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technology solution implementation.
• Experience managing complex multi‑integration implementations.
• Experience in large projects across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of implementation methodologies and incident/change management.
• Mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to technical teams.
• ITIL Foundation, CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals Certified preferred.

• Design, manage, and execute complex implementations with multiple dependencies.
• Evaluate functional and technical requirements to define scalable solutions.
• Coordinate implementation initiatives across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Resolve complex technical issues while minimizing risks.
• Define and maintain standards, templates, and procedures for implementations.
• Lead validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Mentor and train analysts and specialists.

Your responsibilities as an Implementation Sr. Specialist will be:

• Design, manage, and execute complex and strategic implementations involving advanced integrations, specialized configurations, customizations, and multiple technical dependencies
• Evaluate complex functional and technical requirements to define efficient and scalable implementation solutions
• Coordinate implementation initiatives involving multiple teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders
• Resolve complex technical issues, critical problems, and unprecedented scenarios while minimizing operational and service-related risks
• Define, document, and maintain standards, best practices, templates, procedures, and certification criteria for implementation activities
• Lead validation, certification, integrated testing, and quality assurance activities
• Serve as a technical authority by providing mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to analysts and specialists

In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in technology solution implementation, systems integration, functional architecture, specialized technical support, or complex technology projects
• Experience managing highly complex implementations involving multiple integrations, platforms, customizations, and technical dependencies
• Experience participating in large-scale corporate projects, multi-country implementations, or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Knowledge of implementation methodologies, systems integration, incident management, change management, and industry best practices
• Experience mentoring, training, and supporting technical team development
• ITIL Foundation, CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), or equivalent certifications are preferred

Work hours

• Standard business hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Available to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required to support business needs.
