Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain ERP systems, leading cross-functional projects.

This individual will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing our existing ERP infrastructure, ensuring continuity, reliability, and long-term scalability of core enterprise systems. Responsibilities

• Own projects cross-functionally and across teams, with a particular focus on supporting and maintaining our existing ERP systems.
• Take on the most challenging development projects, proactively identifying and addressing major technical challenges.
• Lead the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and systems, while ensuring backward compatibility and stability of existing ERP platforms.
• Provide guidance, remove blockers for team members, and function as a team or segment lead when required.

• Follow standard software development life cycle (SDLC) processes with rigor and consistency

Salary Range: $120,000 -$140,000/Year, DOE

Education

A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or other relevant concentration) required. An additional three years of directly relevant software development experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
