Job summary

Public Consulting Group seeks a Senior Consultant to lead IV&V and delivery for a major ERP migration in the public sector. You will manage project teams, align stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes across the full SDLC, with regional travel.

The role requires 10+ years in technology, PMP certification, and experience with ERP implementations (SAP/PeopleSoft). Hybrid work and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with IV&V for large ERP/Financial system implementations.
• Must be based in NC/SC/FL/GA.
• At least 10 years of technology experience.
• 5+ years IV&V, PM, QA, and oversight for State governments, preferably HR/Finance/Systems Integration.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Travel approximately 25% regionally and some national travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide IV&V services and guidance for ERP migration projects.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Oversee SDLC activities across business analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Apply financial acumen to improve project outcomes.
