Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 10 years’ experience required, graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of technology experience.
• 5+ years of IV&V, project management, QA, or oversight for State governments.
• Must be based in NC/SC/FL/GA.
• Certified Project Management Professional / PMP.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 25% regionally and across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with direction and stakeholder updates.
• Provide IV&V, QA, and oversight across SDLC.
• Identify issues and surface root causes for leadership.
• Coordinate deliverables and progress reporting.
