Job summary

Public Consulting Group is hiring a Senior Consultant to manage a state government ERP migration project within our Technology Consulting Practice Area. You will serve as the primary contact for state project leadership, provide IV&V services, and coordinate a team to deliver high-quality work across the SDLC.

The role requires 10+ years in technology, PMP, and experience with large-scale cloud ERP implementations, preferably PeopleSoft or SAP S/4HANA, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale cloud-based ERP implementations or technical ERP project management.
• IV&V experience on ERP/financial system projects.
• Based in NC/SC/FL/GA or willing to travel up to 25%.
• 10+ years of technology experience.
• 5+ years in IV&V, project management, QA, or related state government oversight.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage stakeholders throughout pursuit to execution.
• Provide IV&V services and guidance for ERP migration projects.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure high-quality analysis and recommendations.
• Support RFP responses and help shape competitive strategy.
• Oversee SDLC activities including business analysis, architecture, design, development, and testing.
• Travel up to 25% regionally and across the country as needed.
