Job summary

Marvin seeks a Senior Process Systems Engineer to shape and implement future-state ERP operating models for manufacturing. You will partner across operations, engineering, IT, and business teams to translate shop-floor needs into practical system solutions for production, from picking to final packaging.

You will apply lean thinking to simplify work, improve flow, and reduce waste, ensuring enterprise transformation aligns with lean practices and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, continuous improvement, or related process improvement work.
• Experience with production process design, material flow, information flow, and continuous improvement concepts.
• Experience supporting ERP, MES, or other manufacturing technology implementations; D365 experience beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience leading project tasks, facilitating group discussions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to develop clear documentation and updates.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed business processes and requirements for ERP manufacturing functionality.
• Apply lean principles to evaluate current and future-state processes and improve flow.
• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering via interviews, workshops, and shop-floor observation.
• Translate manufacturing needs into clear business requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and site stakeholders to align future-state processes with lean practices.
• Guide workstation and production execution design, including interfaces and pick lists.
• Identify requirements for constraints, labor distribution, training tracking, and KPI visibility.
• Use structured problem-solving to define root causes and propose practical system improvements.
• Lead project activities, coordinate resources, and drive deliverables to completion.
