Job summary

Marvin is seeking a strategic, technically grounded leader to shape the future of connected manufacturing. You will define and advance the digital solutions architecture that enables smarter operations across our manufacturing network, bridging manufacturing, engineering, IT, and business teams to connect systems and standardize data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital manufacturing, automation, or IT/OT architecture.
• Experience integrating MES, ERP, historians, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve digital manufacturing architectures connecting shop floor to enterprise systems.
• Define solution patterns for MES, HMI, controls integration, and data collection.
• Establish data architecture, APIs, and interoperability standards across plants.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and external providers to ensure scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Support enterprise rollouts and pilots with technical direction and documentation.
