Job summary
Marvin is seeking a Senior Process Systems Engineer to lead enterprise platform transformation for ERP manufacturing capabilities across shop-floor to packaging. You will define future-state models, translate needs into concrete requirements, and guide lean-driven improvements with cross-functional teams.
In this role you’ll partner with operations, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure practical system solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Five+ years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP, MES, and manufacturing technology implementations; D365 beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement ERP operating models for manufacturing.
- Lead cross-functional requirements gathering and value stream mapping.
- Translate needs into detailed business requirements and tests.
- Drive lean improvements to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.
