Job summary

Colorado Community College System seeks an ERP Manager at the System Office in Denver. You will be the functional subject matter expert for student fiscal operations, directing systemwide work and providing leadership, college-specific training and technical expertise for student accounts receivable, billing, rate tables, and related ERP processes across Colorado’s 13 community colleges.

Responsibilities

• Directs systemwide functional work for student financial processing and billing across all 13 community colleges, establishing standards and guidance.
• Leads ERP testing, validation, and upgrades with IT, ensuring alignment with business requirements and production readiness.
• Acts as escalation point for complex student billing issues and coordinates cross-functional resolution with colleges, IT, and vendors.
• Provides training on AR/billing to college finance staff and manages reporting tools access and governance.
