Job summary

Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is recruiting an ERP Manager to serve as the functional lead for student fiscal operations across all 13 Colorado community colleges. You will direct systemwide AR and billing processes, collaborate with Finance, IT, and vendors, and guide onboarding and training for college staff.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and governance of AR modules (Banner) and related ERP processes, with opportunities for cross-state collaboration and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; years of experience in student accounts receivable, billing, or fiscal operations are required or substitutable on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience supporting student accounts receivable, billing, or fiscal operations in higher education or regulated environments.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Ellucian Banner, including AR and Student modules configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Directs systemwide functional work for student financial processing and billing across all 13 community colleges, establishing standards and guidance.
• Directs functional testing and validation of ERP changes impacting AR and billing, coordinating with IT and vendors.
• Acts as escalation point for complex student billing issues and leads cross-functional resolution efforts.
• Provides expert-level query development and data interpretation to support financial decision-making.
• Oversees Banner AR module governance and access to reporting tools across the system.
