Job summary

Asahi/America is seeking an Applications Development Manager to lead the design, development, and support of our enterprise applications, including JD Edwards ERP. You will guide a development team, partner with business leaders, and deliver technology solutions to improve operations and support growth.

You will own the full lifecycle of applications, establish standards, coach staff, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading application development teams.
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Strong SQL and data integration skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of application developers and establish development standards.
• Oversee full application lifecycle from planning to deployment and support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across manufacturing, inventory, sales, finance and IT to align with business priorities.
• Manage project budgets and drive continuous improvement of the technology environment.
