Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a motivated accounting and business systems professional to support ERP implementation and business transformation projects for manufacturing clients in Columbus, OH. You will develop into a trusted client advisor and project leader, supporting configuration, testing, data validation, and process design.

You will collaborate with accounting, operations, engineering, and management teams, assist with month-end processes, and contribute to training materials and project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
ERP experience required, Plex preferred.
1 year of experience supporting ERP configuration, testing, or implementation.
3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing costing knowledge required.
Knowledge and understanding of chart of accounts design and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project status sessions.
Document business requirements, decisions, risks, and action items.
Assist in preparing project communications and status reporting.
Build relationships with client accounting, operations, engineering, and management teams.
Learn how to facilitate discussions and present recommendations to clients.
