ParkOhio Products Inc., Assembly Components Group seeks an ERP and Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead global delivery, support, governance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities. You will manage a dispersed team, ensure reliable ERP operations, and translate cross-functional requirements into scalable solutions.

The role drives integration of shop-floor equipment, production data, digital twins, ML/AI to improve visibility, decisioning, and manufacturing performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7+ years in multi-plant ERP and Manufacturing Systems.
3+ years leading geographically dispersed teams.
Experience integrating shop-floor data with enterprise systems.
Experience applying digital twins, ML/AI to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP and Manufacturing Systems governance across global facilities.
Own day-to-day Plex ERP operations, security, and lifecycle management.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements; drive deployment and benefits realization.
Lead integration of shop-floor data, digital twins, and AI use cases for operational visibility.
