Job summary

Plastpro,Inc seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to optimize and support enterprise processes across Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Distribution. The role partners with engineering, planning, purchasing, warehouse, and IT to improve end-to-end processes from configuration through fulfillment.

Expertise with ETO/CTO, MRP/DRP, and manufacturing ERP systems is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years techno-functional ERP experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or order-driven environment.
• Experience with ETO and CTO processes, product configuration, BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP/DRP, production planning, inventory management, and shopfloor or production transactions.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills for reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting; experience with interfaces, EDI, APIs, file-based integrations, automation, or data conversion is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize ERP across Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Distribution.
• Support ETO/CTO, BOMs, routings, and shop-floor transactions.
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and analytics using ERP data.
• Design and implement ERP integrations and automation with APIs, EDI, and file-based interfaces.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and issue resolution; ensure data quality and process standardization.
