Job summary

iRely Inc. in Irving, Texas, is seeking an accomplished Software Implementation Specialist to lead ERP/CTRM deployments for US customers. You will manage requirements, configure the software, train users, and oversee go-live activities with a mix of on-site and remote support.

The role requires 5–7 years in ERP/SaaS implementations, strong accounting knowledge (AR/AP/GL, Time & Materials), and excellent communication. Travel about 25% and a hybrid work schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of ERP or SaaS product implementation experience.
• Experience with accounting: AR, AP, GL, Time & Materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and support go-live.
• Provide training and user acceptance testing support.
• Configure and build iRely software to align with customer needs.
• Deliver projects on time within scope; on-site and remote support.
• Follow Professional Services standards and resolve complex challenges.
