Job summary

iRely Inc. in Irving, Texas, is seeking an accomplished Software Implementation Specialist to lead ERP/CTRM deployments for US customers. You will manage requirements, configure the software, train users, and oversee go-live activities with a mix of on-site and remote support.

The role requires 5–7 years in ERP/SaaS implementations, strong accounting knowledge (AR/AP/GL, Time & Materials), and excellent communication. Travel about 25% and a hybrid work schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of ERP or SaaS product implementation experience.
• Experience with accounting: AR, AP, GL, Time & Materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This individual will play a pivotal role in implementing iRely ERP software and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Position Overview

As a Software Implementation Specialist , you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring implementation and integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers’ unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, training, and occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Customer Engagement:

Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes. Support Implementation from Sales handover to go-live. Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers. Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities. Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption. Interface with customers at all levels. Participate in customer meetings and sales events. Provide customer training,

Implementation & Deployment:

Configure and build the iRely software suite and products to align with customer requirements. Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases. Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Group. Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with ERP or SaaS software product implementation
• Experience with Accounting and Financial systems, AR/AP, GL, Time & Material is required.
• Experienced with Invoicing, vouchers and SOW’s is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
