Qualifications

• Three+ years in a business systems analyst or similar hybrid role in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience building BI dashboards and ERP data handling.
• Experience managing external IT vendors and SOWs, with cost negotiation.
• Practical exposure to applying AI tools to business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business-side contact for Guide Technologies and other vendors.
• Triages and tracks ERP support issues; ensures SLAs are met.
• Develop and manage Statements of Work for IT projects.
• Design and build BI dashboards for operations, finance, and production.
• Define reporting requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Collaborate on tool selection with Marmon P&R IT and governance.
• Support production monitoring initiatives with plant engineering and integrators.
• Prepare for ERP upgrade or migration and document current state.
