Job summary

Garmin is seeking a Senior ERP Application Analyst to lead requirements gathering and design for Manufacturing and Supply Chain within our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

The role involves configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite and related applications, guiding the SDLC, data migration, and collaboration across on-site and remote teams. A strong project-management background and mentoring capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent academics (GPA ≥ 3.0)
• Mastery of project management principles and ability to adapt practices to changing business needs
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, Cost, PO) and Supply Chain modules
• Experience testing Oracle patches and with PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle application tools (e.g. Workflow)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates new technologies for improving existing functions and proposes design options
• Configures, tests, implements and supports Oracle eBusiness Suite and other business applications
• Demonstrates mastery of the software development lifecycle
• Assists with data migration and related data quality activities
• Demonstrates experience with project work and change management in demanding environments
• Mentors less experienced Application Analysts
• Plans small/medium sized projects and assesses feasibility
