Job summary

Garmin Ltd. in the Greater Kansas City area seeks a full-time Lead Oracle ERP Application Analyst (Financials).

You will lead system improvements, gather and document detailed business requirements, determine complex designs, and mentor junior analysts. Key responsibilities include implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite and other business apps, leading fit-gap analyses, CRPs, testing, data migration, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or related field and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS implementations and patches, PL/SQL, and workflow tools.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP system improvements focused on stability, performance and maintainability.
• Implement Oracle EBS and other business apps; conduct testing and user training.
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-functional project efforts.
